Microsoft stopped selling this programme about 2 years ago.
After installing this programme from the CD, it was required to download
Oct 17, 2011 Microsoft have posted a free working copy of MS Money 2005 UK with the patch integrated. It still provides share and fund updates and accepts bank statements as.ofx and.qif files. Been using Microsoft Money UK 2005 for over 10 years without any problems on Windows 10. My laptop recently did a Windows update to v1803 and I haven't been able to start MS Money since then. Chrome for mac dmg. If I click on the Money icon, I get the Windows spinning blue circle for a few seconds, and then goes back to idle without launching MS Money.

Without this patch the programme will not back up correctly.
However, Microsoft stopped all support for this in February this
year and it is not possible to download this patch now from Microsoft.
I have this programme installed on my PC which the 1105 patch has been
downloaded. I can back up my data OK on my PC because it has the
1105 patch. However, if my PC crashes, I will loose about 10 years
of data because I would not be able to access the 1105 patch to restore
it.
Microsoft have put out a sunset version of this programme which
Can be downloaded for free but because my programme is an older
version, I cannot restore my backup data into it.
I would like to be able to install Money 2005 into my laptop or burn to CD
with the 1105 patch (so I can put my 10 years of data from my PC in it) and
run the sunset version on my PC.
Is there any way of doing this, I have tried to copy the program file and pasting
it onto my laptop with no success.
