Ok so we recently purchased a second hand SAMSUNG CLX-9250. Great PRinter however when it arrived an admin password was already set and we was unable to make any config changes without it.
Doing lots of googling only revealed the default credentials;
Username:admin
Password:1234

  All my computers with Windows 7 stopped printing all of a sudden and was showing printer offline in Print status, I was able to ping my printer but was not able to print. I have tired reinstalling the driver but it shows that the printer is not found on the network. I was only able to print from Windows XP Computer in my network. Hence I have followed the reset procedure and was able to successfully see the printer in my Windows 7. But after reset all my YMCK Cartridges which were working fine before reset is showing 'TONER CARTRIDGE IS NOT COMPATIBLE. PLEASE CHECK USER GUIDE' I am using genuine toner cartridges from Samsung. Please help me to solve this issue I would be grateful to you.

  suryareddy you need to set correctly the printer origin, set USA or Europa when you do the factory reset or call printer technical support because the firmware fails and them have to reinstall it
